Here are some pictures of our dive boat,
'Tigger' ('because Tiggers are such bouncy things'). They
were taken by Nev Burrows using my Canon A1 during a stay
in Mull in 1999.
Tigger was built for me by Tornado boats
during 1989. It has a 125h.p. Mercury outboard and is
fitted with moving-map GPS.
We spent most of the week doing a wreck
dive in the Sound of Mull or a scenic dive in Loch na Keal in the mornings
and a scallop dive in Loch na Keal in the afternoons. One
of the advantages of Mull, particularly staying (as we did
in Salen), is that you can trail the boats across the
island and launch on the Sound of Mull side from the
Cal-Mac (Caledonian McBrayne) slipway.
